Yes.

Following a predictable or previously used formula is usually the death knell for a film, but in the case of Paranormal Activity 2, it is executed so well and with such commitment that it is a definite success.

While ‘The Town’ is an enjoyable thriller that I know a lot of people will like, it will play just as well on Blu-ray (and to that end I don’t even anticipate any repeat viewings), so I cannot give it an overall, ‘everyone needs to see it in theaters’ type of recommendation.
