One truly spectacular sequence aside, this ill-conceived action film “starring” active duty Navy SEALs is tone deaf: never deciding whether it wants to bask in the awesomeness that is the SEALs or wallow in solemnness over the perils of war.
See instead: Zero Dark Thirty
