The basis for the storyline may be well-worn territory, but Scorsese does a nice job keeping it fresh with some truly arresting visuals and solid performances all around.
Could you just elaborate on how this story is as you say “well-worn territory?” I cant remember the last time there was a movie about US Marshalls investigating a mental hospital for the criminally insane. But apprantly you’ve seen this premise too many times and it’s become worn in your opinion. So since I liked this movie I just want to know all these other movies that have the same premise and concept do I can see those too.
